VEG OUT 2019 Vendor Application

When: Sunday, June 2nd 2019

          11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: Downtown Troy (on the streets surrounding Market Square)

What: A food festival full of delicious vegan food

Cost: $150 vendor registration fee to CRVN + permit to The City of Troy

The details:

Capital Region Vegan Network (CRVN) is the area’s largest and longest-running vegan organization.  You may know us from VegFest, an annual festival to showcase all things vegan related. This year we’re partnering with Albany Symphony and The Arts Center of the Capital Region to bring the community a family-focused Sunday filled with music, art, and delicious food.

All food and restaurant vendors are invited to participate and showcase their skills with vegan food!  

Requirements:

• All vendors must obtain the proper permits. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, a One Day Vendor Permit from the City of Troy ($20) and a Permit to Operate a Temporary Food Establishment from the Rensselaer County Department of Health ($50)
• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
• Provide one, two, or three menu options of tapas-sized portions of vegan food.  
• VEG OUT is a VEGAN Food Festival. (This means that all food does NOT include: dairy, animal flesh, poultry, seafood, broth made from animal flesh, animal fat, gelatin, eggs, milk, cheese, butter, whey, casein, honey, and insect derivatives.)

Note:
CRVN will be offering Fast Passes to attendees that will create two lines; general attendees and a quicker option for Fast Pass holders. CRVN will provide signage to distinguish between lines. Vendors are encouraged maintain one point of sale and to simply alternate between serving Fast Pass holders and general attendees.
